Hydration Nation

Did you know… When your cells are hydrated, you are less prone to getting a virus?

We have the recipe for staying hydrated and boosting your chances for better immune function. I learned this information from William Seeds, MD.

Put this in a liter or 1 1/2 liters of clean water and sipped throughout the day.

Best Hydration Formula for Immunity

L-Glutamine  (15gm) start with 5gm

Creatinine Monohydrate 5 gm

L-Glycine 3 gm

L-Alanine 5 gm

L-leucine  3 gms

Coconut water for electrolytes a shot glass

Organic Lemon Concentrate for taste  (otherwise does not taste to good)

You can obtain most of these supplements through  bulksupplements.com

Start with 5 gms of glutamine a day (for one week) to stay away from gastritis and diarrhea and can even work up to 25 gms of glutamine.

“We have had great success with this and initially trialled this out about ten years ago when one of our strength coaches  brought this back for review from some of his colleagues. Drink originally focused on optimal muscle growth and proliferation post training .  Our small trial was phenomenal with using as a pre , during and post work out drink sips over a few hours. We have really expanded it’s use to an everyday hydrating drink,” said Dr. Seeds.

Also, once you mix you want to use that day this mix of amino acids has a short valid time for action once the water is added.

This is so simple to do and inexpensive and works – theory is, if increasing the osmotic pressure in the cell upregulates it’s machinery to an anabolic state, mTOR dominates.
